Exclusive complex of eight Dammusi, in a park a few meters from the sea in Pantelleria/Trapani/Sicily
The recently built dammusi reflect the ancient local style with lava stone blocks externally to thick walls insulated against atmospheric conditions.
The park is 4 hectares well planted with tropical vegetation which includes the dammusi and the swimming pools, the main one also has a hydromassage area.
Its location less than 200 meters from the sea makes it unique for its splendid views.
The park has private driveways exclusively for the service of the complex and two large wooden gazebos for the sole use of residents.
The various dammusi included in the sale of the complex range from a studio flat to a living room/kitchen to two bedrooms and a living area and the interior furnishings
are in a simple and very refined oriental style. The largest of the dammusi accommodates up to 10 people.
The garden furniture is in natural materials, there are various barbecue areas at the service of each dammuso and well-shaded areas under the straw.
Extraordinary maintenance works were carried out last year both on the buildings and on the swimming pools to maintain the high standard of the complex.It is possible to add another swimming pool and expand the volume of a particular dammuso.
